Nehemiah Journey: Day 51 of 52 (October 26, 2021)

This past Sunday we looked at Nehemiah 9 on how we need to remember our God! He is worthy of worship for so many reasons. My favorite verse of the chapter was verse 6:

⁶  “You are the Lord, you alone. You have made heaven, the heaven of heavens, with all their host, the earth and all that is on it, the seas and all that is in them; and you preserve all of them; and the host of heaven worships you.

We see in this verse God is worthy of worship because He is God alone, there is no other God than Him. The verse also reminds us God is worthy of worship because He is our Creator and the creator of all that has been created. A wonderful promise is that He is not only creator, but He preserves His creation, so we should worship Him, as the whole host of heaven worships Him!

As you spend time praying here at the end of our 52-day prayer journey, would you take some extra time today and just WORSHIP our God. He is Worthy!
