There are two weeks left in our 52 day journey. How has God spoken to you during this season of prayer and seeking Him? One reality is in order to draw near to God you must spend time with God and seek Him. The more you seek Him, the more you realize your desperateness for His hand and His blessing on your life.

God is growing my desire for Hi and my longing to spend more quantity and quality time with Him. The problem is the closer I draw the more I am made aware of my imperfections. There have been some moments in this journey where in the span of just a few minutes I am overjoyed by His presence and overwhelmed by my inadequacies.

Where is God moving in and around your life? He is moving, He is working in your midst, and we just have to pay attention. I love the promises we see in Scripture relating how God rewards those who diligently seek Him:

Jeremiah 29:13 “And you shall seek me, and find me, when you search for Me with all your heart.”

Hebrews 11:6 “But without faith it is impossible to please Him; for he that cometh to God must believe that He is a rewarder of them that diligently seek Him.”

Matthew 7:7 “Ask and it shall be given you; seek and you shall find; knock and it shall be opened”

Psalm 34:8–10 ⁸“Oh, taste and see that the Lord is good! Blessed is the man who takes refuge in him! ⁹ Oh, fear the Lord, you his saints, for those who fear him have no lack! ¹⁰ The young lions suffer want and hunger; but those who seek the Lord lack no good thing.

Seek Him!
